Murder of restaurant owner hits home for Latino Community

Beloved by virtually everyone with whom she came into contact, the violent death of Janeth Silgüero in her South Toledo home has stunned the Latino community. Toledo police officers were called to her home in the 200 block of Field Ave. on a report of a person stabbed in the early afternoon on Friday, Aug. 16, 2019. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
